About Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships, setting up meetings, and assisting in selling the Shadowbox platform into the healthcare market. Your primary goal will be to turn marketing leads into qualified sales leads, filling the sales pipeline with high quality sales opportunities. You will assess the quality of a lead and determine the best means to pursue it. You will use your skills and experience to make introductions, set meetings, and other communications designed to educate the potential customers on the Shadowbox value proposition, and features/functions and evaluate prospects for the best use case for the Shadowbox platform to drive top-line revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area
  • Establish new leads by leveraging, cold calling, networking, and following up on leads
  • Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and, social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them
  • Follow up on leads to further the sales process
  • Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our products
  • Review current CRM contacts to partner with the Marketing team to build custom sales campaigns
  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends
  • Meet sales goals while respecting expense budgets

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in SaaS healthcare sales
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Strong relationship-building experience
  • Creative and effective sales skills
  • Ability to demonstrate the value of Shadowbox
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Teams, Slack, and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy level and ability to develop sales rapidly
  • Uncompromising ethics and integrity
  • Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team managing from a home office
