About Role
As a copywriting contractor, you will use your skills and experience to build brand driven copy, educating potential customers on the Shadowbox value proposition, features and functions, and driving customer acquisition and retention. You will write fresh content from scratch and also be asked to copyedit existing materials. You will be able to articulate how our technical solutions provide value to healthcare organizations. You will become an expert on our ideal customers and market. We estimate needing 5-10 hours of copywriting support to begin, with room for expanded hours if mutually desired.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the Shadowbox solution, our ideal customers, market space, and the Shadowbox voice
- Write fresh content for email campaigns, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials
- Copyedit and improve existing marketing materials
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience copywriting in healthcare
- 3 to 5 years of experience copywriting related to a software product
- Knowledge of current market trends in healthcare
- Experience in writing copy for digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing and social media
- Self-starter who works well independently in a remote home office format and works well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Open to constructive feedback, displays humility and a growth mindset
